Mercedes Sotomayor Añeses is a qualified Industrial/Organizational licensed psychologist who has obtained a doctoral degree in this field. She has a range of professional experience in business solutions, training, teaching and research. Her focus of work is to help people and enterprises thrive in the midst of organizational change. Dr. Sotomayor has participated in the design and implementation of organizational culture transformation programs through helping employees change their mindset and behaviors to improve efficiency and productivity. She is also adjunct professor at San Juan University and offers graduate level courses at the Metropolitan University. She has published research in areas such as “mobbing” at the workplace, employee selection methods and intimate relationship violence.
